Mentoring
Mentoring
Mentoring is available for anyone in the training or behaviour industry, or those working with domestic pets who have an interest in behaviour (e.g. dog walkers, home boarders, breeders, vets, vet nurses etc).
Mentees join a private discussion group which I check each working day, respond to posts and generate discussion points.
Posts can be made about anything related to dog, cat or rabbit training or behaviour. Share anonymised case queries, your own training videos for feedback or tips, discuss business strategies, marketing etc – get support from your peers (and provide support for your peers) and get involved in discussions. Advice will be given (within the remits of a written response) and video demonstrations provided where relevant.
One monthly online group catch up is included for more detailed chats – with the option of at least two different days/times per month.
FREE access to all pre-recorded webinars (worth over £115)
10% discount on all monthly Interactive Online Case Studies
10% discount on any 1-2-1 online mentoring sessions
FREE website & marketing review on request

TESTIMONIALS
“Rosie is an amazing mentor. She is extremely supportive and knowledgeable, and I am very grateful for having had the opportunity to be a part of her mentorship program.”
“Rosie’s mentoring group has been absolutely amazing! It is a lovely place where we can discuss different scenarios and cases with the others in the group. Rosie holds monthly chats to discuss different topics and has an incredible wealth of knowledge and expertise.”
“Being part of Rosie’s mentoring group is like having your very own … mentor! I love the accessibility and the quality of the advice. A non-judgemental group where I can be sure to get genuine help.”
“Fantastic and supportive! Highly recommend to any companion animal professional.”
“Rosie has created a wonderful space to connect and share ideas with other like-minded professionals with a variety of experience and backgrounds. Topics have been thought provoking and diverse. The group is very welcoming and I have found the monthly opportunity to meet and chat through a topic in depth is extremely valuable. I find it reassuring to know I have a group I can talk through ideas with, check training plans or problem solve with. I’ve found it particularly useful learning more in-depth about other animals I may encounter when working with cases and necessary considerations when working in multi-pet/species households.”
